Quality Policy

Our continued business success depends on our being able to give complete Client satisfaction, and the quality of our work will be evident in the satisfaction of our Clients.

The objectives which underpin the policy are:

  1. To develop a full understanding of the needs of our Clients
  2. To work in close co-operation with Clients, suppliers and sub-contractors to provide the right quality work and service, first time with appropriate health and safety and environmental controls in place
  3. Actively to seek Client feedback and to use this as a format for continual evaluation and improvement
  4. To develop the potential of our employees to ensure all members of staff are capable of undertaking work required in a safe and responsible manner, in accordance with the Company's Health and Safety and Environmental Policies.

Achievement of these policy aims involves all staff, who individually have responsibility for the quality of their own work, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all.

Our aim is to:

  1. Develop a Company culture that places as high a priority on safety, quality and environment as it does business development;
  2. Develop a Company culture that ensures we operate efficiently within a well-designed quality management system; and
  3. Develop a Company culture that provides on-going education of staff to improve the effectiveness of the business.

We aim to do this by:

  1. Developing a Company culture that places the utmost emphasis on the quality of service we provide to our Clients.
  2. Implementing and maintaining a focused and wholly professional approach in respect of our operations and activities.
  3. On-going education of staff to improve the effectiveness of the Quality System enabling continual improvement of the Company's performance and services that impact on quality, environment and safety.
  4. Maintaining a continual programme of investment in corporate infrastructure and specialist equipment designed to assist our operations and activities.

Garden Square Ltd is committed to the attainment of these goals and the development of quality through the implementation of a recognised International Standard BS.EN.ISO9001: 2008 Quality management systems.
